　　第一段：表达自己的喜悦和荣增之情，简要介绍自己，证明自己能够胜任。
　　第二段：说明自己具备的条件和优势，表明自己的决心，最后向听众表达祝愿和感谢。

　　I have gained a lot of experience and received wide praist from my classmates for my job as the monitor . Moreover , I am warm-hearted and alsays ready to help others . Besides , I am good at organizing activities and have experience in holding comtests and sports meetings .
